桃と葦で難を逃れたと古事記にも記され、以来魔除けとして珍重されています。
その桃枝で作られた弓と葦穂で作られた弓矢で魔を払う、追儺式を斎行します。

古書中記載桃子和蘆葦能逃過劫難，從那時起就被當作驅邪護身符珍藏。
我們將舉行驅邪儀式，用桃枝和蘆葦做成的弓箭來驅魔。
